Two years ago, they repaired a leak in my flat roof, applied a waterproof membrane, and now clean it regularly to avoid soggy leaves from building up and causing future leaks. Had gotten three estimates, one wanted to replace all the wood decking, one didn’t want to replace any of it, MBM replaced the wood decking that was rotted not all of it or none of it so it worked out well. Also have them clean roof twice a year so I haven’t had to go on my roof for three years
