Our roof coating systems come with warranties ranging from 3 to 6 years, far exceeding the typical 2-year warranty on most new roofs. If you experience peeling, cracking, or leaks during that time, we’ll repair it at no cost. With proper recoats every 4–6 years, these systems can last up to 20 years.
We offer a maintenance program every 3–6 months to clear drains and remove debris, preventing water from sitting and breaking down the coating. While roof coatings need more upkeep than tile, they save thousands, on average about $3,000 every 6 years versus $30,000 for tile replacement.
